Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items

How to Return
To start a return:

- Pack Items: Securely package items in original packaging
- Ship Back: Send items back using the provided return label
Return Shipping
- Defective Items: We pay for return shipping
- Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping costs
- Wrong Item Sent: We pay for return shipping and expedited replacement
Refund Processing
Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item
Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
Notification: You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the return process above
- Place a new order for the desired item
- We'll expedite processing of your new order upon receipt of your return
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damaged item
- We'll provide a prepaid return label
- Replacement will be sent immediately upon receipt
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after 7 business days:

International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent. Custom duties and taxes on returns are the customer's responsibility.
