About bERBICE Pets Pet care, enrichment toys, feeders and aquarium supplies — shipped from the United States. Who we are bERBICE Pets is an online pet supply store operated by 3210Ventures LLC, based in Albany, New York. We opened in 2026 to make well-made pet products easy to find in one place, without the markup of a big-box store. We are a small operation. When you email us, you are reaching the people who run the shop — not a call centre. What we sell We focus on a deliberately small range rather than a catalogue of everything: Enrichment and slow-feeding products — lick mats, puzzle feeders Grooming tools — brushes, de-matting rakes Supplements and treats for dogs and cats Aquarium and pond equipment, including replacement filter media Carriers, collars and everyday accessories Every product page lists only the features the manufacturer actually documents for that item. If a product page does not claim something, it is because we could not substantiate it. How we ship We work with United States wholesale suppliers and authorised distributors, who ship orders directly to you from their warehouses. This is how we keep a wide range in stock without holding inventory ourselves, and it means orders generally reach you faster than if we shipped everything twice. Everything ships from within the United States, and we currently ship to all 50 states and Washington D.C. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, with delivery typically 5–8 business days after that. Full details, including rates, are on our Shipping Policy page. Returns You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. If an item arrives defective or we sent you the wrong thing, we pay the return shipping and sort out a replacement. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at your expense.
